Galliani: Silva & Ibra are staying, Maxi & Aquilani are not!

On the margins of the sponsorship deal between Milan and United Biscuits of the Mc Vites brand, Adriano Galliano also touched on football themes:   “Thiago Silva will find the biscuits in his room. We’ll resist the many temptations that there are and which are flattering. I’ll tuck them in personally and give them their biscuits. Double for Ibra in his room. We’ll have a squad of 25-26 players and two youngsters. It was bigger last season because of the injuries."   "Thiago ...read more...

Allegri: Milan will build the future team around Ibra and Thiago.

The Milan fans had the chance to send Massimiliano Allegri messages of support during the coach's appearance on Milan Channel's Studio Milan. Allegri looked back over the season but also ahead to the new campaign. He's said:   "No one thought we would win the title last season as we did not start well. This year when it seemed easier it did not go as we thought.   Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been speaking to Milan Channel and this is what the striker had to say:   "As I have said many times I'm fine here, I have a contract, I have no other thoughts and I am determined to finish this season well with Milan, we have six games where we will give our all and we must do everything to get the better in the duel with Juventus. Post-Match Press Conference: AC Milan 0-0 Barcelona

MASSIMILIANO ALLEGRI   "Well, the games over now and the players really put in a great performance. We created a few important situations on the pitch and we conceded very little. We suffered a little bit in the last 20 minutes of the first half, but I think it’s an important result against a really great team and now qualification for the semi final is still wide open." "The players were very good. I think the second half was better than the last 20/25 minutes of the ...read more...

Post-Match Press Conference: AC Milan 2-1 Roma

ADRIANO GALLIANI   "120 minutes of football on Tuesday and players keep getting injured, we’re really having to push hard. But all the players who take to the pitch always give their all. Ibra has a bad back and it was unsure if he was even going to play but then he scored 2, he’s an extraordinary player. Bonera is having an extraordinary championship, probably his best since he arrived at the club. We don’t miss Mexes of Thiago Silva with him as he never makes a mistake on the ...read more...

Post-Match Press Conference: Palermo 0-4 AC Milan

ADRIANO GALLIANI   "Ibrahimovic is an extraordinary palyer but I’m really enjoying the performances of Robinho and El Shaarawy who always makes an impact on the pitch. It was a big performance tonight. Thiago Silva was super and the midfield was excellent. We’re back winning here after 6 years and that’s good. Let’s hope that Emanuelson’s problem is not that serious. In midfield on Tuesday we’ll be short in that area of the pitch. It’s the second half of our second ...read more...

Post-Match Press Conference: AC Milan 4-0 Arsenal

Here’s what the players, management and President Berlusconi had to say after Milan-Arsenal:     PRESIDENT SILVIO BERLUSCONI:   "I’m satisfied with the game play that gave us 4 goals, but it could have been even more. Ibrahimovic is a great champions, quick at decision making, he’s made a few too many gestures, but there was nothing in it (the incident against Napoli that led to the three match ban), it was innocuous and a three match ban is too much."   "The ...read more...
