Rossoneri Players and Coach awarded at Football Gala

  The Professional Footballers Association held their gala awards evening at the Teatro Dal Verme in Milan where the team of the year 2011 was revealed.   Milan had four players in the top 11: Thiago Silva and Nesta, Boateng and Ibrahimovic. Another Rossonero, Stephan El Shaarawy, was voted best player from Serie B last year. Midfield Injury Crises for AC Milan

  Boateng is the latest victim of injury in the midfield of the rossoneri as the club announced that he'll be out for 4 weeks due to an injury to flexor muscle of the left thigh.   AC Milan lost 2-3 to Barcelona in San Siro in 5th match day of Champions League group stage. Van Bommel scored an own goal first. Ibrahimovic pulled that back to 1-1 after few minutes. Boateng retires from International football

Kevin Prince Boateng has retired from international football for the black stars, Ghana.   Boateng informed Ghana FA about his decision, and supplied a cause of the high demands of classy football for his country and club are the reasons behind his tiredness physically. Boateng told the press that he wants to focus on his carer at AC Milan.
